For Physicians:
Looking for a meaningful way to volunteer your time as a physician? As a medical professional in Spokane County, we don’t have to tell you about the opportunity for impact you have. We understand that charity care is a donation of your time and expertise, and so to maximize your time, we rotate patient cases within each area of specialty. We’ve found this to be an effective way to care for our community while spreading the patients evenly in the community.
Also, we recognize that you are likely providing charity care of your own – whether that is because you’re working at cost or because you’re coordinating donated time within your own practice. While we commend you for this, as the aggregator of charity care in the community, Project Access can help you streamline your process and maximize care for the patient. By reducing your administrative and operational costs in managing this care, we can help you get back to growing your business.
We firmly believe in the Good Samaritan Law. Participants in the Project Access program are not subject to medical malpractice or liability for care.
Interested in supporting Project Access by volunteering your time? We look forward to working with you. Please complete this form: Physician Pledge Form

How do I get Involved?
Thank you for your interest in Project Access. We hope you’ll join us in fulfilling our goals by volunteering! Community doctors like you are leaders in creating local solutions to improving health care access today and tomorrow.  We appreciate your contribution to moving our community closer to addressing this challenge. Please contact Lee Taylor to set up a meeting to discuss your wish to pledge your services to Project Access.
How it works:
A simple investment for physicians. An impact that lasts a lifetime for patients.

Project Access creates a channel where physicians and medical providers use their efforts to serve the community and create a network of medical care for all people. Once you decide to pledge your time to Project Access, physicians sign a "Provider Pledge Form" indicating the number of Project Access patients they agree to treat each year. Project Access works to manage workload and ensures that physicians in each specialty rotate so that physicians maintain a healthy balance between seeing regular patients and Project Access patients.
