Spokane ED Collaboration Project

Mission

The ED Collaboration Project was established to bring together the leadership of the four Spokane area hospital emergency departments.  The EDs all face similar challenges in managing emergency room utilization while maintaining high quality patient care.  

The Members of the group are:

This Site is intended to create easy centralized access to data and information that will help meet the joint goals that have been established by this group.  These goals are: 

  1. Ensure Continued Sharing of Patient Information in all Spokane EDs
  2. Create City-Wide Standards for Clinical Evaluation in the Spokane EDs
  3. Develop an Integrated Delivery System for Medical Services to Medicaid Insured Visitors to the ED
  4. Create a Test for Gain Sharing Compensation Program
