Jaime K. Bowman, MD, FAAFP obtained her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University in 2002. She completed her Family Medicine residency training at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. She is Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Bowman is currently a full-time clinical teacher for Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, Interim Clinical Education Director for Family Medicine, and advisor for the LGBTQIA+ student interest group.

C. Fellows MD, FHRS, FACC

Director Electrophysiology

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, Seattle

Christopher Fellows, MD received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland in 1980 and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed a fellowship in Cardiology and Electrophysiology at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. Fellows is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, with a Subspecialty in Cardiovascular Disease with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is currently Director Electrophysiology with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle. Dr. Fellows’ specialties include Cardiac Electrophysiology, Diagnostic Cardiology, Rhythm Management, Pacemaker Implantation, Cardiology and Heart Disease. He is a Fellow with the American College of Cardiologists and Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Fellows was voted one of Seattle's Top Doctors by both Seattle Metropolitan and Seattle Magazine in 2009 and by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine in 2010.

Derek Mitchell MD

Derek Mitchell, MD obtained his medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine (Seattle-track) in 2012. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital in 2017, and his Interventional Pain Medicine residency at the University of Rochester. He is currently a Pain Medicine Physician with Spine Team Spokane. Dr. Mitchell is Board Certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He practices in a community-based clinic caring for patients suffering from chronic and subacute pain.

Aditya Nathan DO

Aditya Nathan, DO graduated from the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in 2020. He is currently an Internal Medicine Resident with the Internal Medicine Residency Spokane at the Spokane Teaching Health Clinic and is interested in pursuing a career in sports medicine/primary care.

Parvita Panchal DO

PGY-3 FMRS, Family Medicine Resident, Family Medicine Residency Spokane

Parvita Panchal, DO graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018. She is currently a PGY-3 training at Family Medicine Residency Spokane at the Spokane Teaching Health Clinic preparing to take her board certification in Family Medicine in Spring 2022. Dr. Panchal is planning on focusing on preventative and women health and incorporating lifestyle medicine into her daily practice.

Jennifer L. Pasko MD

Jennifer L. Pasko, MD received her medical degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis and completed her General Surgery residency at the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, where she also completed her Hepatobiliary/Transplant fellowship. Dr. Pasko is a Board-Certified general surgeon and hepatobiliary trained surgeon practicing at Providence Sacred Heart since 2019. Her interests in the field include hepatobiliary malignancy and prehabilitation programs for elderly.

Tyler Reinking MD

Tyler Reinking, MD received his medical degree from the University of Colorado in 2019. He is currently an Internal Medicine Resident with Internal Medicine Residency Spokane at the Spokane Teaching Health Clinic and is interested in pursuing a career in outpatient and inpatient medicine in a rural setting.

Logan Shetlar MD

PGY-3 FMRS, Family Medicine Resident, Family Medicine Residency Spokane

Logan Shetlar, MD received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2019. He is currently training at Family Medicine Residency Spokane at the Spokane Teaching Health Clinic and is interested in pursuing additional training in EGD and colonoscopy.

James N. Sledge DDS, FACD

Former faculty member at Univ. Of Washington School of Dentistry and Washington State Board of Health

James N Sledge, DDS, FACD graduated from Whitworth College in 1968, served in the Peace Corps from 1968 to 1970 and received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1979. Dr. Sledge practiced general dentistry in Spokane for 30 years prior to joining the faculty at the University Of Washington School of Dentistry and Washington State Board of Health; teaching in both the dental [RIDE] and WWAMI programs. He has volunteered in the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Bangladesh and was a member of the Washington State Board of Health from 2010-2018. Dr. Sledge served as a consultant for the National Physician Assistant Educators conference for five years and still lectures to the University of Washington’s Physician Assistant program in Spokane. He served on the Washington State Board of Health for eight years leaving just prior to the pandemic. Dr. Sledge has been a staunch advocate of preventive oral health measures and is currently working with Smile Spokane to assure that the citizens of Spokane get the opportunity to benefit from community water fluoridation.

Francisco R. Velázquez M.D., S.M., FCAP

Francisco R. Velázquez M.D., S.M., FCAP obtained his medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe
School of Medicine in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and obtained his Master’s in Science in Healthcare Management and Policy at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts. His certifications are from Puerto Rico State Board of Medical Examiners; Parts I, II and III; Federation Licensing Examination (FLEX); Parts 1 and II; and he is Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Clinical Pathology. Dr. Velázquez has held numerous clinical, academic, and executive positions in healthcare systems, academic institutions, integrated delivery systems, in addition to his leadership roles in publicly traded companies. He has significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions, financial turn-around, development of regional healthcare networks, and health system integration. He has written and lectured extensively on Health Care Economics, Consumerism in Healthcare, Life Sciences Technology, Intergenerational Impact in Health Care, and Economic Development. Dr. Velázquez is a member of numerous boards for professional organizations, and nonprofit organizations, and is currently advising several early-stage diagnostic companies. Dr. Velázquez is currently Interim Health Officer with the Spokane Regional Health District.
